Mission of our Talent Academy is to deliver educational and professional training for anyone who wants to master principles and technologies in the Back-end field. More specifically, the Academy provides a free 70-hour training course.
At the end of the course, all students who have proven the most commitment and motivation will be offered a 4-month paid extracurricular internship with the following opportunity for employment to continue their professional development.

Who is the initiative aimed at?

The program is for young computer science graduates who are motivated to embark on a challenging training course to consolidate their skills. Perfect candidates for the Talent Academy are people who share our passion for technology, eager to grow and learn.

Contents of the course

During the course, students will have the opportunity to explore the following topics in the Back-end area:

# Java programming fundamentals
# Principles of Object Oriented Programming
# Data structures
# Debugging & Testing
# Essential patterns
# Fundamentals of relational databases

Not only the ProActivity Talent Academy is an entirely free training course: at the end, there is a 4-month paid extracurricular internship for the most outstanding students with a following opportunity for employment.
As part of the course involves remote exercises, students are also required to have a personal PC. Last but not least, ideal candidates should have good English language skills and predisposition to work in a team.
